You don’t need to become a morning person. You need 10 minutes.
Because once the day gets going?
Good luck getting it back.
These quick Yoga Flow + Yoga HIIT sessions help you move, wake up your body and get your workout DONE before everything else starts asking for your attention.
Here’s How We’re Making 10 Morning Minutes Count:
- Get your workout done before the day gets a vote.
You fully intend to work out later. Then work happens. Family happens. Your LAST nerve happens. Ten minutes in the morning means you’ve already done it. - Wake up stiff? Let’s get things moving.
Your first steps out of bed don’t always scream athlete. These short Yoga Flow sessions combine mobility, dynamic stretching and strength so you can wake up your whole body instead of dragging it into the day. - Stop thinking a workout only “counts” if it takes an hour.
You don’t need a giant opening in your calendar to move your body. Every session is just 10–14 minutes, making consistency a whole lot easier when real life is happening. - Choose your morning mood: FLOW or FIRE.
Want mindful movement, mobility and strength? Choose Yoga Flow.
Want more challenge, cardio and sweat? Hit Yoga HIIT.
You don’t have to wake up feeling the same way every day. - Get stronger without leaving your living room.
The Yoga Flow sessions use Sadie’s Core Strength Vinyasa approach, while Yoga HIIT combines yoga alignment with higher-intensity cardio and strength work. Light weights are optional for the HIIT sessions. Translation? Your mat can handle the morning commute. - Have more time today? Take it.
Some mornings you have exactly 10 minutes. Other mornings, miracle of miracles, you have more. The 5 longer playlists combine sessions so you can keep going when your schedule allows. - Start with YOU before everybody else gets you.
This may be my favorite part. Before the inbox. Before work. Before you start solving everybody else’s problems. You already showed up for yourself. And now you can get on with your day.

Sadie Nardini
I created Morning Yoga Sessions for one very simple reason:
I am NOT a morning person.
But I know how different my day feels when I move my body before everything else starts demanding my attention.
So I created short Yoga Flow + Yoga HIIT sessions that let us get in, move, feel strong and get on with our day.
No heroic 5 a.m. routine required.
10 Minutes. One Mat. Day Started.
FAQ
Do I seriously only need 10 minutes?
The individual sessions run about 10–14 minutes.
The whole idea is to make morning movement something you can actually fit into your life instead of something you keep meaning to do later.
What if I am NOT a morning person?
Perfect. Neither is Sadie.
This isn’t about becoming the woman who joyfully leaps out of bed at 5 a.m.
Wake up. Find mat. Press play. We’ll take it from there.
Is this yoga or a workout?
Both.
You’ll get 5 Yoga Flow sessions combining yoga, mobility and strength, plus 5 Yoga HIIT sessions that add more cardio and fitness challenge.
What if I’m a beginner?
You’re welcome here.
The program is designed for different experience levels, so start where you are and adjust the intensity to your body.
Do I have to do HIIT every morning?
Nope.
Some mornings you want FIRE. Some mornings you absolutely do not.
Choose the Yoga Flow or Yoga HIIT session that works for your body and energy that day.
Do I need equipment?
For the course overall, have a yoga mat and two yoga blocks or a cushion available. Light weights are optional for Yoga HIIT.
What if I have more time?
That’s what the 5 longer playlists are for.
Use your quick sessions during busy weekdays, then combine them into a longer practice when you have more room in your schedule.
Do I keep the sessions?
Yes. Lifetime access.
Because mornings aren’t going anywhere.
