Your day is over. Why is your body still holding onto ALL of it?
Your shoulders are tight.
Your hips feel stiff.
Your brain is still running through tomorrow’s list.
And yes, you know you’d probably feel better if you stretched.
But an hour-long yoga class? Not happening.
Let’s make feeling better MUCH easier.
The Yoga Chillout gives you short slow-flow, restorative and somatic flexibility practices designed to help you release tension, support mobility and shift toward a calmer state.
Here’s How We’re Helping Your Body Let Go:
- Stop carrying your entire day in your shoulders.
Sometimes you don’t even notice how much you’re holding until you finally stop. These practices give your body a chance to move, breathe and release some of the physical tension that builds up while life is life-ing. - Get more flexible without turning stretching into a wrestling match.
If pulling harder on tight muscles hasn’t magically made them stop feeling tight, good news: we have other options. Sadie’s Somatic Flexibility Technique® uses gentle movement and body awareness to help you explore mobility differently—so flexibility feels less forced and more freeing. - Give those hips some attention.
Hours in chairs, cars and at screens add up. Targeted lower-body and restorative sessions help you move the places that can feel stiff after a long day so you can stand up feeling more open and comfortable. - Undo your laptop posture.
Chest tight? Upper back grumpy? Shoulders creeping forward? Upper-body slow flow and somatic sessions give those areas some much-needed movement so you can feel less scrunched up and more spacious again. - Learn how to come DOWN after being ON all day.
You can’t always remove the stressful thing. The deadline still exists. The family still needs things. Someone will absolutely push your last nerve again. But you can practice ways to help yourself shift toward a calmer state instead of waiting for life to become calm first. - Make recovery part of getting stronger.
Your body doesn’t only need challenge. It needs mobility, restoration and recovery too—especially when your energy and recovery needs aren’t exactly what they were at 25.
Strong AND restored. We want both. - Stop waiting until you have an hour.
Most of these sessions are around 15 minutes. That means you can actually do one between work and dinner, after a workout or before bed instead of saving stretching for the mythical day when you suddenly have nothing else going on. - Finish feeling like somebody turned the volume DOWN.
More open. Less wound up. More comfortable in your body. That’s the Chillout.

START THE YOGA CHILLOUT
Meet your teacher
I created The Yoga Chillout because I love a strong workout—but I also know my body needs time to stretch, release and recover.
After decades of teaching yoga, anatomy and fitness, I’ve learned that feeling strong isn’t only about how hard you can push. It’s also knowing when your body needs you to slow down and let go.
That’s what these sessions are for.
One Mat. One Practice. Stretch. Release. Done.
One Mat. One Practice. Workout. Done
You don’t need to do yoga and then find time for a workout.
You don’t need an hour.
And you definitely don’t need to make fitness another complicated thing on your list.
You want to feel strong, fit, mobile and GOOD in your body.
And you want to have some energy left for the rest of your life.
Get on your mat. Move your whole body. Feel freaking GOOD.
Then get on with your day.
FAQ
I love yoga—but will this actually feel like a workout?
YES. That’s the point.
These sessions combine yoga-based movement with strength and cardio, so you’re not finishing your practice thinking, Okay…now I still need to work out.
You’ll move, challenge your muscles, get your heart pumping—and get off your mat feeling DONE.
What if I haven’t done yoga in forever?
You do NOT need to walk in flexible, super fit or ready to twist yourself into a pretzel.
Sadie will guide you through each session, and you can work at the level that feels right for your body today.
What if I’m 40+ and my body doesn’t love super-intense workouts anymore?
Then you’re exactly why we’re not asking you to jump around for an hour just to prove you worked out.
These sessions give you strength, cardio, mobility and movement without turning exercise into punishment. You choose the session and intensity that works for your body.
How long are the workouts?
Short enough that you don’t need to wait for that mythical empty hour to appear.
They’re intentionally designed to give you a powerful practice in less time—because a workout you actually have time to do beats the perfect workout you keep skipping.
Do I need equipment?
Keep it simple: a yoga mat and enough room to move.
No gym. No complicated setup. No collection of equipment taking over your living room.
What if I need to modify something?
Please do.
This isn’t about keeping up with Sadie or forcing your body into something that doesn’t feel right. Follow her guidance, modify when you need to and make the practice work for the body you have today.
Can I use these as my regular workouts?
That’s exactly what they’re designed for: those days when you want yoga and you want your mat time to give you more of a fitness challenge.
With 12 different sessions, you can rotate them, repeat your favorites and choose what fits your energy and schedule that day.
Do I keep the workouts?
Yep. They’re yours.
You get lifetime access to all 12 sessions, so whenever you want to stretch, strengthen, get your heart pumping and call your workout DONE—press play.
