You’re not done getting stronger, not even CLOSE.
Maybe your body has changed after 40.
Your ambition hasn’t.
These 10 Yoga HIIT workouts combine strength, cardio and yoga-based movement to help you build a stronger, fitter, more capable 40+ body—without spending hours working out.
Here’s How We’re Going To Get You Fit & Fierce After 50:
- Stop thinking your strongest years are behind you.
They don’t have to be. Muscle and strength matter enormously as we get older—and these workouts are here to help you keep building both. This isn’t about trying to recreate your 30-year-old body. We’re getting strong in this one. - Your workouts should evolve WITH you.
You can still love a hard workout while admitting your joints and recovery have opinions now. Sadie’s Yoga HIIT approach combines intensity with more joint-conscious movement so you can challenge yourself without making “harder” the only strategy. - Build the muscles that make you feel CAPABLE.
Strong glutes. Deep core. Legs. Upper body. Pelvic floor. These workouts target different areas and aspects of fitness that matter as we get older—so strength becomes something you feel in your actual life, not just something you do on your mat. - Keep your cardio in the conversation.
Yes, we’re building strength. But we’re also getting that heart pumping. Short bursts of higher-intensity movement help you work on stamina and cardiovascular fitness while you strengthen your whole body. - Work on your balance BEFORE you start worrying about it.
Balance, coordination and stability deserve training too. You’ll challenge them alongside strength and mobility so you can keep feeling steady, confident and capable in your body. - Want more challenge? Bring the weights.
Light hand, wrist or ankle weights are optional—so when you’re ready to turn things up, you can. You control the challenge. - Get strong without making fitness your second job.
Every workout is 30 minutes or less. Enough time to challenge yourself. Not enough time to take over your day. - Become really freaking GOOD at being strong now.
Not “strong for your age.” Strong. Period. Strong enough to keep doing the things you love. Strong enough to trust your body. Strong enough to know there’s plenty more ahead.

YES! LET’S GET STRONG
Meet your teacher
I created Fit, Fierce & 50 because I’m not interested in getting smaller, quieter or less powerful as I get older.
I want to get STRONGER.
But at 50, I also know my body doesn’t always want the same workouts—or the same recovery—as it did at 30.
So I created the kind of workouts I want now: strength, cardio and Yoga HIIT that challenge me, make me feel freaking capable, and don’t require me to spend half my life working out.
We’re not trying to get our younger bodies back.
We’re getting really good at being strong in the ones we have now.
